All sales are final. Credit packs are digital content added to your account as soon as payment succeeds. Purchased credits, used or unused, are not refundable, and there is no refund window.

Right of withdrawal. Before you pay, you agree that your credits are delivered immediately and you acknowledge that you lose any right to withdraw from the purchase (such as the 14-day EU/UK right) once they are delivered.

Something went wrong? If you were charged but did not get your credits, were charged twice, or see any other problem with a purchase, email support@flcrom.dev with your purchase email and order reference. We review every message and will make it right, for example by adding missing credits.

Cancellation. There are no subscriptions or recurring charges, so there is nothing to cancel. Each pack is a one-time purchase.

Payments. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and processes every payment. Any payment reversal is issued by Dodo Payments to the original payment method.

Chargebacks. If you dispute a charge with your bank, unused credits from that purchase may be removed from your account. Please email us first; it is usually faster.

Your legal rights. Nothing in this policy limits rights you have under the consumer laws where you live.
